Talk about engagement session GOALS!!! I was so so excited when Morgan reached out about photographing her and Matthew’s engagement session at the iconic Cypress Gardens! If you didn’t know, this is where the canoe scene was filmed in The Notebook and it’s the DREAMIEST.

If you’re thinking about having a session here, there are a few things to plan for! There’s an admission fee, but once you’re in, you can take a self-guided rowboat tour — which is exactly what we did!! The boats are first come, first serve and open at 9 AM, so it’s good to plan ahead and get there early to avoid the crowds! We had two boats, with Morgan and Matthew in one, and I had a friend row mine so I could focus on capturing these two! It was such a fun session and truly felt like a scene straight out of a movie!!
